Governance

Arafmi Queensland Inc. is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 and operates with a written constitution. Management Committee members comprising of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and other members are appointed annually.

The Management Committee is the legal authority of the organisation and is collectively responsible for the control of the business and operations of all Arafmi services and programs including responsibility, for setting strategic goals and direction of the organisation and also for ratifying policies.
